My name is Naoki Ninomiya. I major in mechanical engineering. Iam from Ehime prefecture.
Ehime is famous it that is Orange. It say "Mikan" in japanese. So, I introduce myself that relate to orange.
There are many kind of orange in Ehime. For example, "Dekopon", "ponkan" "Madonna" and so on.
Orange is soulfood that is person in Ehime. I love orange!
And Ehime make orage-juice, too. The orange-juice name "PON-juice".What is "PON" ?
Yhea, "PON" have two meaning. First, it means "Honest" that speak in a local dialect for Ehime.
Next, it means numberone in japan. The wish was fulfilled that become numberone in japan. PON-juice spread throughout in the japanese. Recently, We can buy PON-sparkring that is PON-juice 's soda for vending machine in building 6. It taste is so good and so healthy.
In Ehime , people say that be cured your cold, if you drink PON-juice.
When I have a cold in last week, I was cured that drink PON-juice.PON-juice have a strong effect.
It is careful for cold of winter. Do you do that prevent for cold ? There are a orange cooking that is immune to deep cold.
It is "orange from the pan". Read you so, one-pot dish put orange that baked it into the pan mix up with long green onion, meat, seafood and so on.
I have not eat it yet. But I want to eat it. And I cook it. Becase my hobby is cooking a lot of thing.
Orange used many kind of fild. I used cocking for pound cake and cookie.
